「轻说 EasyInput」（以下简称“本应用”）由 Klondike Technology Co., Limited（以下简称“我们”）开发和运营。本政策说明我们如何处理与你有关的信息。
我们的核心承诺：语音和文字只留在你的设备上
只有在你按住快捷键时，本应用才会使用麦克风。录音只在内存中交给你设备上的识别模型转写成文字，转写完成即丢弃。
- 你的录音和识别出的文字，永远不会上传到我们或任何第三方的服务器。
- 录音不会保存到磁盘；我们无法听到你说了什么，也看不到你输入了什么。
- 语音识别在离线状态下同样可以完成。
下文提到的任何信息收集，都不包含你的录音和识别出的文字内容。
我们可能收集的其他信息
为了维护订阅权益、处理争议、防止滥用并改进产品，我们可能收集以下信息：
- 购买与订阅信息：由 Apple 提供的交易标识、订阅状态、购买、续订、退款记录。我们收不到你的姓名、邮箱或付款信息。
- 使用情况：例如使用次数、累计时长、使用日期、免费额度消耗情况、所选功能和设置。只记录“用了多少”，不记录“说了什么”。
- 设备与应用信息：App 版本、系统版本、设备型号、语言与地区，以及由本应用生成的匿名设备标识。
- 诊断信息：崩溃报告和错误记录，用于排查问题，不包含录音和文字内容。
- 你主动提供的信息：例如你发邮件联系我们时提供的邮箱地址和来信内容。
我们如何使用这些信息
- 提供、维护订阅功能，核实你的购买和权益，恢复购买。
- 处理退款、拒付等争议，包括在 Apple 就退款申请向我们询问时，提供该订阅的使用情况（仅在你同意的情况下提供）。
- 防止欺诈和滥用，例如共享或转卖订阅、绕过免费额度限制、恶意退款。
- 排查故障、改进识别效果之外的产品体验和稳定性。
- 遵守法律法规、配合有权机关的合法要求，以及维护我们和其他用户的合法权益。
我们不会做的事
- 不出售你的个人信息。
- 不把你的信息用于投放广告，不跨其他公司的 App 或网站追踪你。
- 不上传、不分析你的录音和识别出的文字。
信息共享
我们仅在以下情况下共享信息：
- Apple：订阅通过 App Store 完成，由 Apple 处理付款。在你同意的前提下，我们可能就退款申请向 Apple 提供使用情况。Apple 如何处理你的数据，请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。
- 为我们提供服务的供应商：如服务器托管、崩溃统计服务商，他们只能按我们的指示、为上述目的处理信息。
- 法律要求：法律法规要求、有权机关依法要求，或为保护我们、用户或公众的合法权益所必需时。
系统权限
麦克风：仅在你按住快捷键时录音，用途见上文核心承诺。
辅助功能：仅用于检测你设定的快捷键是否被按下，以及把识别结果粘贴到光标处。本应用不会读取、记录其他应用中的内容或你的其他按键。
剪贴板：识别结果会临时放进剪贴板以便粘贴；开启“恢复剪贴板”（默认开启）时，粘贴后会还原原来的内容。剪贴板内容不会被上传。
保存在你设备上的数据
你的设置、免费版当天的使用次数和订阅状态缓存保存在你的设备上，卸载本应用即可删除。
保存期限
我们只在实现上述目的所需的期限内保存信息。购买与争议相关的记录，会按处理争议和法律法规要求的期限保存；到期后删除或匿名化处理。
你的权利
你可以联系我们查询、更正或删除与你有关的信息，或撤回之前给予的同意。撤回同意不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理。为核实身份，我们可能需要你提供购买凭证等信息。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如发现误收集，我们会尽快删除。
政策变更
我们可能适时更新本政策，并在本页面公布新版本和生效日期。如变更会实质性扩大信息的收集或使用范围，我们会通过应用内提示等合理方式告知你。无论政策如何更新，“录音和识别出的文字不离开你的设备”这一承诺不会改变。

Privacy Policy

EasyInput (“the App”) is developed and operated by Klondike Technology Co., Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information related to you.
Our core promise: your voice and text stay on your device
The App uses the microphone only while you hold the hotkey. Audio is processed in memory by an on-device speech recognition model and discarded right after transcription.
- Your audio recordings and transcribed text are never uploaded to our servers or any third party.
- Audio is never saved to disk. We cannot hear what you say or see what you type.
- Speech recognition works fully offline.
None of the information collection described below includes your audio or transcribed text.
Other information we may collect
To maintain your subscription, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the App, we may collect:
- Purchase and subscription information: transaction identifiers, subscription status, and purchase, renewal, and refund records provided by Apple. We never receive your name, email, or payment details.
- Usage information: for example, number of uses, total duration, dates of use, free-tier consumption, and selected features and settings. We record how much you use the App, never what you say.
- Device and app information: app version, OS version, device model, language and region, and an anonymous device identifier generated by the App.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and error logs, without any audio or text content.
- Information you provide: such as your email address and message when you contact us.
How we use this information
- To provide and maintain subscriptions, verify purchases and entitlements, and restore purchases.
- To handle refunds, chargebacks, and other disputes, including providing usage information to Apple when Apple asks us about a refund request (only with your consent).
- To prevent fraud and abuse, such as sharing or reselling subscriptions, circumventing free-tier limits, or abusive refund requests.
- To troubleshoot issues and improve the App’s experience and stability.
- To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and protect the rights of us and our users.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your information for advertising or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not upload or analyze your audio or transcribed text.
Sharing
We share information only:
- With Apple: subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. With your consent, we may provide usage information to Apple regarding a refund request. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
- With service providers: such as hosting or crash-reporting providers, who process information only on our instructions and for the purposes above.
- When required by law: or when necessary to protect the legitimate rights of us, our users, or the public.
System permissions
Microphone: used only while you hold the hotkey, as described in our core promise.
Accessibility: used only to detect your chosen hotkey and paste the recognized text at your cursor. The App does not read or record content from other apps or your other keystrokes.
Clipboard: the result is placed on the clipboard temporarily for pasting. With “Restore clipboard” enabled (default), the previous content is restored afterwards. Clipboard content is never uploaded.
Data stored on your device
Your settings, today’s free-tier usage count, and a cache of your subscription status are stored on your device and removed when you uninstall the App.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Purchase and dispute records are kept as long as required to resolve disputes and comply with law, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete information related to you, or to withdraw consent you previously gave. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We may ask for proof of purchase to verify your identity.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version and effective date on this page. If a change materially expands how we collect or use information, we will notify you by reasonable means, such as an in-app notice. Whatever changes, our promise that your audio and transcribed text never leave your device will not change.
